How do I place an order?
At National Tool Warehouse, we want to make ordering fast, easy and flexible for our customers. To do so, we take orders online, by phone, as well as by fax.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
In most cases, orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
How soon will I receive my order?
With numerous warehouses located across the United States, 70% of the U.S. will receive delivery within 24-48 hours. The remainder of the continental U.S. will receive delivery within 3 business days.
How can I track my order once it is shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned. This tracking number can be accessed on your Order Status page, which can be reached by opening your account information page on our web site. With your tracking number, you can track your shipment through the UPS link, which is also found on the Order Status page. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, along with debit cards bearing any of those logos, along with Bankwires, Pre-Approved Purchase Orders, and Pre-Cleared checks..
Do you accept COD’s ?
No, we do not. We only accept payments as outlined above.
Do you charge State and Local Sales Tax?
All orders shipped to the state of Missouri are subject to state/local sales tax. Shipments outside the state of Missouri are not charged tax.
Shipping Information
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping from NationalToolWarehouse.com is very reasonable. In some cases, shipping is actually FREE!
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.95 on all orders ($9.95 for RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES) of less than $400 and that weigh less than 60 pounds. Orders in excess of $400 are shipped to you FREE, provided that they do not exceed 60 pounds. Heavier shipments will incur additional charges as follows:
61 lbs - 70 lbs.: $10.00
71 lbs - 75 lbs.: $15.00
76 lbs - 80 lbs.: $25.00
81 lbs - 90 lbs.: $30.00
91 lbs - 100 lbs.: $35.00
100 lbs.+: Truck Freight.
Please note there is a $2 surcharge for residential shipments on all orders under $400.00.
Orders of $1,000 or more are shipped free of charge, regardless of weight*. Therefore, no oversized charges will be added on shipment.
*Exceptions are Justrite, Polar Cool, and some Uni-Ram products and any specially ordered items.
Please note these rates apply only to shipping in the continental U.S. For shipments to other U.S. locations, please call our customer service representatives for a quote at 866-358-1919 or 417-358-1919.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental U.S. as well as to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping charges will apply to shipping outside the continental U.S., and only addresses in the continental U.S. can take advantage of discounted and free shipping offers. We do ship internationally after reciept of bank wire. Please contact customer service for details..
Can I request special shipping?
We are able to honor special shipping requests such as priority overnight. Please contact customer service at 866-358-1919 for assistance. Please note additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed.
What is your return Policy?
If, after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your item's purchase price minus shipping. There is no restocking charge!, unless it is a speciallly ordered item not in any of our warehouses. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in its original packaging. We cannot issue a credit or refund for any product that is returned to us that has been used or altered, or has any missing parts or packaging.
